For over 40 years, our company has been using traditional project management in delivering our products and services. This management operation maps out a project into linear, sequential milestones, with their deadlines, client expectations, and deliverables on each milestone. Our operations cover all processes in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities. These processes are honed and optimized throughout the decades of experience in the construction industry.

Organizations must adapt to the unpredictable events characterized by today's VUCA world. In addition, the construction industry has many potentials for disruptive innovation to elevate its practice. Our response to these opportunities is agile construction management. This management operation is more flexible to change and client-centric than the traditional operations. Agile construction management involves an iterative and incremental process of delivering goods and services. We are currently using several agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Last Planner™ systems.

For the highest demands on precision work, we have this format wherein we use Product Development Methodologies, using Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) softwares to develop world class products. Design for manufacturing (DFM) would be our construction methodology and demand planning.
