As the founder of interior construction in the Philippines, Multi-Development and Construction Corporation (MDCC) has continuously brought forth artistry and opulence in architectural building and interior design in today’s cityscape. Pablito Calma

CHAIRMAN EMERITUS

Pablito Calma was born on Jan 15 1930, he
graduated civil engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology 1959. He saw the opportunity on the dire needs of construction finesse from the advent of the leisure and hospitality hotel sector of the 70s, coined Interior Finishing back then. He was part on severasl Hotel Fitout Projects if not all. He worked closely with a popular a design firm owned by his brother Lor, an Architect.

Jp Calma

EPC SERVICE

JP Calma has finished finance, entrepreneurial, and engineering studies at the De La Salle University Philippines 2002, Asian Institute of Management Philippines 2004,and MIT Cambridge USA 2006 respectively. He shall continue to build long term value for this organization.

Atty. Alex Christopher Subijano, CE, CLSSYB

VICE PRESIDENT FOR COMMERCIAL, SERVICES, HR/ADMIN, ACCOUNTING, AND LEGAL RELATIONS

Alex Christopher Subijano is a practicing lawyer and a civil engineering graduate who hailed from San Beda University Manila and Mapua University, respectively. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma yellow belt. He just finished a Short Business Course at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also took up units in Corporate Finance from the Ateneo de Manila School of Business and presently having his MBA at the Singapore Business School. His growing professional passions are focused on the disruption of traditional operative models on the Built Environment, and synergizes the spheres of Legal industry, Engineering Education, and management through emerging technologies of today. With his legal and technical background all rolled in to one, Alex’s 15 year-experience in both fields will surely make him a pillar in commercializing this industry into a new category of project delivery.

Herman Castillo

OIC/DIRECTOR OF CONTRACTS ID

Herman Castillo started as a Quantity & Cost Contract Management Professional for MDCC since the 1990s. He graduated BS Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology 1983. He has risen from the ranks with 38 years worth of experience in Interior Fit Out Construction.

Maximo Aton Jr.

PRESIDENT OF EPC REAL ESTATE SERVICES

Maximo Aton Jr. is a project construction management professional with 28 years’ experience. He was involved in several projects from residential/ commercial buildings to huge engineering projects like hydro power plant using EPC contracting. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of San Carlos, Philippines in 1989 and Master of Construction Management in University of New South Wales, Sydney last 1992. Long years of troubleshooting projects involving multi disciplines have enhanced further his knowledge in management. He effectively synthesized theories in project implementation to proactively manage issues related to quality, cost and time.
